Q: Getting a divorce 2 children. One lives with me the other with her. I work she doesn't. I have tried to calculate

Child support but no one offers a chart that shows a split with children going to each parent. The children are twins and 17 years old.

Calculating child support is complicated, and it would be best to go see an attorney for a full discussion. Short of that there is an online child support calculator, which you can do an internet search for, and it might help. "Florida child support calculator."

Get a certificate from the local clerk as to the payments on the child support obligation. It is called generally a certificate of arrears.

A 16 year old cannot get married without parental consent. A 24 year old cannot have sex with a 16 year old and not face charges.
