Even if charge refused and diversion completed, your lawyer needs to FILE a Motion to expunge the arrest.

She can file a Petition to Disavow. If you are the biological father, then you are fine as long as you pay support and make an effort to see your child regularly. If you are not the biological father, then signing the birth certificate does not substitute for a legal adoption and you are out.

2) Put up fence for any dogs you may own in future.
