Q: I have been assaulted police say there is no evidence to pursue the matter.i would like the police to help me with order

Restraining order...they say it is not in there duty to do this is this true plz help thanks

Q: Got hurt at Walmart don't remember the day that happened did fill out a report and without the date do I have a case

Probably going to end up have a have an operation and I can't get a copy of the accident report and don't remember the date when I have a case since I can't remember the date exactly

The simple answer is Yes, you still have a case. The important thing is that you filled out an incident report. Our firm has filed numerous claims against Walmart. Q: The case settle and signed all documents and notarized, how long will I get my settlement payments?

It’s been over 2 months and other party already offer the amount and my Lawyer and I agreed the amount offer, but till now my Lawyer said he haven’t received the payments! Typical turn around times are two - four weeks. However, there are factors which can cause delays.
