You will likely need to go to court and show them the inspection printout.

They have a computer system to track the inspections now and if you do not comply, you may receive a notice of suspension

Not if the ticket provides for a pay by mail option. If the dates are close, you might want to confirm the receipt of the payment before the court date or go "just to be sure"

Q: Can someone surrender someone's dog without permission from the owner? Once dog is adopted, what rights does owner have?

Q: I have a couple that their lease will expire in 45 days, just now the husband asked my permission to change the locks

because he caught his wife cheating and does not want her in the apartment anymore, is this correct or should I wait til the lease expired to extend him a month to month under his name only ? any legal problems for the landlord?

If she is on the lease, you may have to evict her as there are penalties for self help from a landlord such as changing the locks.

That's difficult to answer with the very limited facts here. If your landlord filed an eviction case in the court and followed the law, it may be legal. If they did not, it may not be.

You seem to admit that you clogged the toilet with the toilet paper roller. Read the lease carefully. You may end up being responsible for the removal of the foreign object from the toilet costs. Also, don't bring your phone in the bathroom.

Be careful out there. As long as you didn't pass the bus, you should be OK. If you are given a citation, your chances for achieving a good result will be enhanced if you engage an attorney to assist you.

21 years ago, the court dealt with this issue. At the time, this boy you describe was a minor. Hopefully, the case record was sealed because of his minority. So, the best thing you might do for your friend is to not discuss the case in public.

If you agree, the court may approve of your arrangements. If you do not agree, you will have to show that this arrangement is not suitable, nor in the best interest of your child.
