This might help.
Id like to know how long it's going to take to see her again.

Probably less than 24 hours. Depends on how many times she has done it. Her parents need to pick her up and she needs to promise not to do it again. Now, if she is on probation and curfew is part of her probation, then it could be longer.
Hello,
A friend of mine told me that when he was younger (at least 4 years ago, most likely 5 or more) he had "taken advantage" of his sister (I think they were both minors). At the time he and his sister lived in Illinois, now he lives in New Mexico. My question is this: am I... View More

I cannot answer your question, as I do not know what your charge is. I do not know if your sentence above was before sentencing, what your prior record was, etc.

If you do, and the custodial parent wants you back, they can have the police help them get you back.

There can be a lot of things you could be charged with--she is a minor and I hope you aren't having sex with a minor. Ditch the girlfriend--if she or her parent's ever get mad at you and call the police, then you can be in a world of trouble

Not on your record on a juvenile but if u go to adult court it will be used against u.
I want to become an emancipated minor, but I'm not sure that the courts would agree with my specific situation. I've never been abused or neglected and my parents love me. The only thing is I'm extremely mature for my age, 14, and I want to enter the workforce and move out on my own.... View More
I have been the soul provider for her during the 7 years. I love her and want her to be safe and happy and mom in detox
I got pulled over driving my girlfriends car without a license. I got four different tickets. Will I go to jail because I can't pay for any of them and my mom refuses to help me with them?

Yes
But if she refuses, the police are not likely to get involved.
