The mother has say so until she becomes emancipated or court order is changed.

Q: My friends16 yr old son is out of control, can she take him to his dads and make his dad deal with hasn

His dad hasn't had any contact with him in 7 yrs. Will my friend get in trouble

Depends on what the court orders say.

If there aren't any, she can try.

Doesn't mean he has to take him.

But, then again, he may want to get involved.

Your guardian should give written permission for u to go to school there and to allow another person to seek medical care for u. Also, the person u r living with could seek to get guardianship of you. You do not qualify for emancipation because you are not self supporting.

Q: I'm 17 on court supervision for speeding. Got another speeding ticket but doesn't require court appearance. suggestions?

It's hard to tell what will happen because it all depends on the prosecutor and judge.

Often, if the do try to revoke the supervision, the end result is another fine and additional time added to the supervision.

There r no free lawyers at the age of 16. Emancipation is unlikely as well. Someone, maybe your grandparents, could seek custody of u.

Do not just plead guilty to be done with it.

Try to take care of it in a way that your record can be expunged later.

You really do need to hire an attorney.

Trespassing is a class a misdemeanor. If he has no priors, he will likely get a disposition that requires probation of some type.

Anyone can call the police.

If she were to call the police, since you are 17, they are not going to get too excited.

Of course, you may be overlooking one thing.

Your condition could get much worse and you may not be able to spend as much time with your friends.

Q: I am 17 years old. I was pulled over for going 67 in a 45 can I get supervision?

I have gotten one ticket for failure to yield on a left hand turn a while ago but I got court supervision and it didn't go on my record. What should I ask for or do on this speeding ticket? It is my first speeding ticket.

You are probably supervising eligible and can request to speak to the prosecutor to work out a supervision offer

no you cannot. Your parents can report you as a runaway and any police officer (yes, even one out of state), can detain you and have you brought back to Illinois.
