Go to your court date on May 7 and ask the judge to appoint a public defender for you.

Because I've served my time and off parole I don't see how he can bring me back to court and put another charge on me shouldn't itturn turn over to civil. And relieve me of my criminal obligation ?

Don’t believe the Court has that authority. You need to hire a lawyer ASAP and challenge that order.

File the motion in her circuit court case, send a copy to the prosecutor. The circuit judge has jurisdiction to grant the motion.

If a person is incarcerated at the time of their preliminary hearing, if the case is bound over to the grand jury the Commonwealth has 60 days to indict if that defendant remains incarcerated. Q: After being diagnosed with cancer and awaiting surgery, is it possible to get medically excused from monitored probation

I'm on County attorney monitored probation with random drug screens. I'm having colon removal surgery due to cancer. Is there anyway to be medically excused until I at least return to work?

No. You cannot drop it. That decision rests with the prosecutor.
