Q: can a 13 year old boy get in trouble for pinning a 13 girl against a wall and hitting her?

and hitting in her in the back of the neck because she took his scooter. if she hit him back when pinned against the wall?

They both could be charged in juvenile court. However, it is probably best settled between the parties and parents if possible.

2 years probation on diversion program 6 months I lose everything

Your other option is worse: jail. If they don’t remove you from diversion, I’d take the rehab and be thankful for the gift.

Cannot get public defender because judge entered as guilty, so it looks like there’s no longer a case. Need help badly!

Generally, no, unless there is no judge present in the county otherwise or the two counties are part of the same judicial circuit.

Q: So my supervision end date was 8-14-19, havnt heard from P.O. until this weekend she left a note to report today.

Q: my husband was charged with a felony possession when a misdemeanor 4th degree assault warrant was served.

the court has already gave him probation for the possession. if the assault is thrown out is the possession charge still valid?

Decreasing with each new charge you pick up. Maybe getting into rehab ASAP might improve your chances.

It is legal for them to ask her not to comeback, right or wrong. However, this does not preclude her from going to any other Goodwill Store. You might also consider filing a complaint against the store manager with the corporate office.
