Q: Can I sue if I was misdiagnosed with a std which resulted in me getting kicked out of a program?

I got misdiagnosed and I got proof which I took to them and they told me it was a mistake but their was nothing they could do. Its a plasma donation.

Q: Are their any active red light cameras in the state of New Jersey, if not would that mean it is impossible to be given

If not would that mean it is impossible to get a red light ticket through the mail in NJ and you can only get one from being pulled over directly.

red light cameras have been outlawed that automatically give you tickets but Amber still exist on red lights which cops can see an issue you a ticket by mail.

Q: I fraudulently received $3,377.00 in unemployment benefits in the state of New Jersey. Will they criminally prosecute?

Also, how would I be expected to pay it back? Would they take my federal tax refund? Do they take monthly payments? What if I can't pay?

Yes, they will more likely than not prosecute you. So far as paying back it's called restitution and it's based on your ability to pay so the Judge must hold a hearing on that issue if you don't agree to pay it back even by way of monthly payments while on probation.

Q: I know someone who is working under the books and receiving Benefits. Is this considered Fraud?

This person hasn't reported they are working either and only gets paid in cash.

Yes, an attorney can assist you with filing an appeal if you your application for benefits was denied. However, only VA accredited attorneys are allowed to handle such cases. You can contact your local county bar association and ask for a referral for attorneys that handle VA benefit claims.
