they never charged me with driving on suspended the added me to a warrant for some one else's house why did they take me in in the first place seems illegal

Q: If I got a ticket from a highway patrol for speeding but his lights where completely off can he do that ?

There was also a car going way faster that me in front of me and the officer also told me that can the ticket be fought in court ?

No, you're not excused from your offense simply because someone else was also speeding.

Q: I have received a corrective action letter from the mdv in az. I cannot get any answers from the mvd office as to what

I did or who sent this. I have to retake my written, driving test and eye test again. I just renewed my license in Jan. I can't get a review or a hearing. Why. I' m quilty when I may not have even been driving my car. Another family member may have been.

Q: I got two tickets for failure to stop at a red light in one month. Does my driver's license get suspended?

I paid fine and am about to start online defensive driving program for the first ticket. Then just today, I received the second ticket in mail.

Both times I was caught by the video camera. What consequences are waiting for me?

Q: I received a speeding ticket from a camera via U.S. mail from El Mirage, Az. Does it need to be served to be legit?

Not sure if I need to be served by a person to be held responsible for this. The ticket does show my face in the front picture and plate in the rear. Q: If a cars registration is reinstated post-ticket for its lapse/suspended plate, do I still have to pay the ticket?

I was driving someones car and got pulled over for a suspended plate. It turned out the DMV had put out a suspension on it because the registration had lapsed. Q: Ticket in Maricopa, AZ. Problem is my AZ ID Card# is on the ticket, but it says CA is the state that issued my DL.

I gave both my CA Driver license and my AZ ID card as I have dual residency.

Q: How do I fix the suspended license and whatever else happened?
