Q: Is electronic harassment a federal crime in Florida? I am asking for myself I am currently a victim of this harassment

These perpetrators can spy on my whereabouts 24/7 and have the capabilities of viewing my thoughts on a computer I have no other earthly idea how they do this though.

Your question doesn't make any sense: if the prisoner is dead he can't be compelled to pay restitution or to do anything else.

It would not be the job of the lawyer who represented the Defendant to do anything. It would be up to the recipient of the restitution to file a claim for the unpaid amount against the Defendant's estate.

The children and family said public assistance fraud Judge withheld adjudication but ordered me to pay back $200 a month for 5 years and 5 years probation.

Once a victim files a criminal complaint the victim has little of no say over what the state's attorney will do with it. You can try to ask the case worker to help you withdraw the criminal complaint; however, the state does not have to do that.

You would know if you were a victim of a crime. Simply being present when someone is arrested does not make you a victim.

The DEA can arrest you for something non-drug related. If you were approached by a DEA agent, I think that you should contact an attorney who could then reach out to the agent to determine your roll in an investigation.
