Yes. That would be contradicting your case. Wait til the court orders it.
Who has custody of the child? And can the father who’s not on said birth certificate or has not established paternity can he legally take the child from mother without court intervention.

The putative father has no rights to the child until they are established by the court by paternity or default. He cannot take the child legally prior to this unless by agreement.
Longer does any drugs, neither do I, I think it's been about 2 years since they were taken but can CPS just take the child or if she has clean urine and the baby is also negative, what's the chances of them taking the baby? And this is my first kid so I have a clean background, not even a... View More

Not likely they will take this child if she’s clean snd you have a spotless history. If they attempt to take the child, hire a lawyer and file suit immediately.
My child has been going to that school district since 5th grade and is now a junior in high school. I won't be living in that school area anymore (moving one county over), but the non-custodial parent does. I can get my child to and from that school, even after moving.

Depends on what county the case is in….but most likely no one will speak with you until the order is entered.
My mother is currently going to let her come live with me until I move to FL in the summer to get full custody back. I am a fit parent. Depends largely on the court, judge and CPS where this case is located.
Has lost custody of her daughter to cps in Kentucky back in October and the baby has been placed in foster care. Now that I have heard about this I would like the child placed with me and my niece agrees. Do I have rights to ask for custody or temporary guardianship until the mother completes care... View More

You’d need to file a motion for temporary custody in the court which placed them in foster care.
wont release her to me hospital standards I failed.and grandmother failed but they wont listen to what took place.
Once paternity was established in April of 2020 and automatic child support issued by the court neither parent has pursued having the custody issued finalized that was initially filed in December of 2019. Will that case still be open or will it have been dismissed/closed?

The case can stay open as long as the court permits it. Each case is determined on the merits of its own facts.

Not much, really. I suppose you could file an action but generally that sort of thing is largely in the discretion of the mother. Not saying that’s right but merely saying that’s how it usually is.
