Q: Emt drivers failed to shut my gate to my house after leaving allowing my daughter to get out and get in my car and pass

They allowed my daughter out of my house and gate I use to keep her from leaving and out of danger since they left it open my daughter was able to get in my car and pass away from hyperthermia

Q: I opened a case in Grayson county Ky for a defacto custody and it was put off while an illegal adoption took place.

The adoption got overturned but to this day I have not had mt day in court. I have a right to call m witnesses and present my case and was denied that right. I would like to sue for violation of my constitutional rights.

Mcginley vs larue co case dismissed directed to admend complaint.charged with same crime twice I served five yes out in 2013 and then charged again 2018 and served almost a week and lost my car for a couple months and lost money ,etc

Q: Is there any action we can take ?

Our neighbors dog came into our backyard and our husky attacked . The neighbor kicked our dog (hard) to get their dog . Later her husband came and told us our dog might be limping from her kicking our dog . In our own yard . We leave in a subdivision in KY.

You can sue. Anyone can sue. Whether there is a meritorious suit is a different issue.

I doubt any lawyer would take it.

And you really have no damages

You would need to obtain a copy of the watch list to prove the person is actually on it. Next, you would need to prove what damages are being suffered by the person on the watch list.
