You can but it’s probably a loser. Kentucky is an employment at will state which means you can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. If it was a commercial test rather than a home test, it would have made your case much stronger.

My employer pays vaccinated employees 5 days of sick leave if they get Covid. If an unvaccinated employee gets Covid they are forced to use PTO or take the time unpaid.

Difficult case to prove bc bad attitude and poor work ethic are both legitimate reasons to terminate, whether in the probationary or training period or thereafter. Proving it was based on Christianity or lifestyle choices wil be very hard unless there is other evidence.
