You can but it’s probably a loser. Kentucky is an employment at will state which means you can be terminated for any reason or no reason at all. If it was a commercial test rather than a home test, it would have made your case much stronger.

Q: Can employer add incidents on complaint to suspended me w/o pay for 4 days after proving initial susp letter false info?

My employer said they were going to suspend me without pay for 4 days bc I was a no call no show 3 times. No. Should not be able to add incidents, especially where original incidents are proven unfounded. File a complaint with the Labor Board.

Q: Can my employer have a separate policy for vaccinated and unvaccinated employees?

My employer pays vaccinated employees 5 days of sick leave if they get Covid. If an unvaccinated employee gets Covid they are forced to use PTO or take the time unpaid.

Q: I work at a hotel in paducah Kentucky. Our company was bought by another company. Our newly promoted GM showed me a

New GM showed me a bag with sexual toys and said I could have them and started playing with them, then brought some to work to give me, and gave me alcohol and led to other things. Is this sexual harassment? Also the new AGM gave me quite a few long hugs

This does not appear to be a discrimination situation. The company is not under any obligation to rehire you after you voluntarily separated from them.

You’ll need to find a new attorney to handle your case. CAll the Louisville Bar Association. They maintain a lawyer referral list and get you moving in the right direction.

Difficult case to prove bc bad attitude and poor work ethic are both legitimate reasons to terminate, whether in the probationary or training period or thereafter. Proving it was based on Christianity or lifestyle choices wil be very hard unless there is other evidence.

This individual should first make a written report of the instances of harassment to the company's HR department. If corrective action is not taken after this, this individual can next file a charge of discrimination with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
