If you follow all the rules that NJ requires for being an interstate driver with a gun you can do it legally, but I would suggest not traveling to NJ with a gun if you are going to have tinted windows.
I have a driving on a suspended from years ago that I never dealt with (I probably have a bail on this matter). I want to get it taken care of so that I can finally get my license restored, but I would like to fight the infraction if possible.

The statute states "No person shall cease to hold the reins in his hands while riding, driving, or conducting a horse.". I AM NOT SURE how this applies to motor vehicles except for horsepower of a vehicle and keeping hands on the steering wheel.
