That is fine, however if you already have legal immigration status it would be better to apply for your green card after your husband becomes a U.S. citizen as the processing time for that is only 6 to 8 months. Q: My passport is stamped at POE as allow until 2017 but I94 expires on Oct 2015. I didnt not notice it untill today.

When I came back to US after vacation in 2015 at POE my pasport stamped as Admit until 2017, but I94 expiry date is Oct 2015.I missed to verify it in I94 and currently I am in US. Please advise what should I do next?

Q: Brazilian fiance. Want to have wedding/honeymoon there Jan. 2017 then come back to states. Best course?

You really should have gone to see an immigration attorney first. You may now be required to leave the country during the application process, which can take a long time. I suggest you go sit down with an immigration attorney now.

What does PI stand for here? Anytime there is jail time involved, it is possible an alien could be removable. What type of visa does he have?

Q: I was granted asylum in 2013 but I am a felon, can I still get my green card under those circumstances?

I came to the USA in 2003 under my father's deliberate asylum and I had a green card thru that but after I went to prison I had to file asylum on my own which was also granted.

You will just need a work permit to work in the USA, since you are on H4 right now if your spouse has a approved i140 you can apply for an EAD to start working in the US. You do not have to pay taxes for the US if you do not work for US based company but since you are going to be working for a long time you should consider talking to an employment attorney or a tax attorney. All the best.
