No, he can't unless your mother leaves it to him in a will or she transfers the property to him through a deed or other conveyance.

No, the employer does not need to issue you a final paycheck on your last day, even if you request it.

Your daughter needs to make an appointment with an experienced real estate lawyer to discuss this. Make sure she brings to the appointment a copy of the offer the state made.
Side question, if I am unable to fully move out of the home, would I be able to just walk out and sleep at a friend's house occasionally?
The real question would be....

You are not considered an adult until you either reach 18 years of age or are emancipated (declared to have the rights of an adult) through a court proceeding. The main requirements of emancipation are that your parents must agree to it and you must be immediately able to support yourself living... View More

What document do I use? If it's a quitclaim deed, what name is listed as the grantor? The deceased person, or "The Estate of ...."? I would be the one signing it, as the administrator. The current deed is in the deceased's name solely.

I have to be blunt: You shouldn't attempt to do this without using a lawyer.

I traveled to the last court date from Oklahoma and was told that I could take my son home with me. They closed the case, and at the bottom of the court order, it is written, “All custodial rights of the minor are vested to (my name).” Does this mean that I now have full or sole custody of my... It sounds like you have sole custody of your son. You should see an attorney licensed to practice law in Oklahoma to figure out what your next step is in that state.

Your child support is determined by the last court order. It doesn't change just because a parent moves from one state to another.
He's threatening her by saying he's going to take the kids and have her declared mentally incompetent.
answered on Oct 22, 2020
Until a court order is entered determining when each of the parents has time with the children, the rights of the parents are exactly the same. It is not kidnapping to take your own child, unless a court order determines the other parent should have the child at that time.

The landowner I am purchasing it from allowed a friend of his to put a mobile home on the property until it was sold. I have put 2000$ down on this property. How can I get this person to legally leave
answered on Oct 19, 2020
When you have title to the property (after closing) you'll be able to evict someone. The mere fact you're in the process of buying it is not enough.
My question is did I do anything illegal by calling to oppose of going to the court house?

As a very general rule, hourly employees are not exempt unless they work in specified industries. You haven't provided enough information for anyone to give you particularly good advice.

This includes not paying court ordered child support. We've been together 8 years and married for 3. Do we need her consent?

You don't necessarily need her consent based on the facts you set forth, but it will be easier if you have her consent. Either way, you are required to provide her formal notice that you're attempting the adoption.
