You dont need his permission for a 3 day vacation. However, you should send him an itinerary: date of departure and return, flight number and airline, hotel needs and phone number for all vacations.
No custody agreement has been set in place yet, the kids have been with me since May of this year. I haven't been served the actual papers yet but my court date is December 1st.

I would bet that your contact says "40% after suit is filed". Suit must be filed within 365 days of the accident. If I am correct, mediation is irrelevant.

I filed through the state with no attorney. Child support office is claiming they can't find out where he work. He's a truck driver with cdl and they still haven't suspended his license with 20k in arrears. If his license is threatened to be suspended he'll pay.
