You dont need his permission for a 3 day vacation. However, you should send him an itinerary: date of departure and return, flight number and airline, hotel needs and phone number for all vacations.

Q: I filled for child support through the state, DCFS. I have no lawyer, do I need one and what can I expect?

No custody agreement has been set in place yet, the kids have been with me since May of this year. I haven't been served the actual papers yet but my court date is December 1st.

The state will represent you on child support but you need a private attorney for custody.

He needs to carry health insurance and pay 86% of medical, dental, orthodontic, opthomologic, optometric, psychological, psychiatric and counseling that exceeds the first $250 in any one calendar year per child.

Q: I received a failure to yield court summons, due to causing an accident. The officer put down the wrong make of vehicle.

Is the wrong make of vehicle written on the ticket something that can cause the case to be dismissed? This is my first accident in 17 years.

File a criminal complaint if this psycho shot a deadly weapon through your fence. Then file a civil suit against him with the justice of the peace for vet bills, the price you paid to buy, license, vaccinate, groom, bathe, and feed the dog every year. In other words attach a spread sheet.

I would bet that your contact says "40% after suit is filed". Suit must be filed within 365 days of the accident. If I am correct, mediation is irrelevant.

Q: Hello my son father was court ordered to pay child support 17months ago and he never made a payment but he's still work

I filed through the state with no attorney. Child support office is claiming they can't find out where he work. He's a truck driver with cdl and they still haven't suspended his license with 20k in arrears. If his license is threatened to be suspended he'll pay.

Take photos of the dog crapping in your yard, running loose, chasing cats, chasing kids, chasing dogs. THEN file a complaint with animal control.

You need a custody lawyer. Keep a calendar of every request for a visit, every response, every successful visit and every declined visit. Also keep a calendar of every phone call with your child, every declined phone visit and every declined phone visit.
