Even if the officer violated laws that you’re complaining about it doesn’t help you in your criminal case.
Does that answer your question?
i made a bad decision to not stop and the officer chased me 15 miles at speeds of 90 plus mph we crashed and the officer never did try to help my kids out of the truck he had my daughter turn the truck off they never stabilized the kids and they took all 4 in one ambulance they stabilized my wife... Yes, the ticket is still valid. It may go to credibility of the testifying officer but that omission, in itself, is not enough to make the ticket invalid.

Something is missing here but I would recommend that you contact a criminal defense lawyer or a few of them in the area where you are being prosecuted------discuss your matter with the lawyers and then hire the one with whom you are most comfortable. Good luck.

A local attorney must advise you because different jurisdictions can apply different doctrines for apportioning liability when multiple parties are to blame. But your question remains open for three weeks. From a textbook standpoint, the infraction against you could result in liability on your... View More
I’m put the plate from one vehicle that I own onto another vehicle that I own until I could get to the court house and get them transferred. I got stopped by a policeman and cited for fictitious tags.
answered on Dec 31, 2021
Yes, the police can ticket you for this even if you are the owner of both vehicles. In Arkansas, tags are assigned to only one vehicle unless they are dealer tags.
I've never had a charge. My record is squeaky clean.

I assume that you were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. First, did the police have cause to stop you and to search your vehicle? Did you consent to a search? Was the unused needle in your vehicle for a legitimate reason? There are many facts that may determine the course that you take... View More
it was night time and an officer pulled me over because he said he couldn't see my license plate even though there was no obstruction and he was well over 50 ft away

No, not if the light was working that illuminates the license plate.
And we didn't exchange insurance information. They pulled her car and mines

An Arkansas attorney should advise here, but your post remains open for two weeks. At the very least, if you haven't already, you could consider a consult with a traffic ticket defense attorney.

Arrested for driving on a suspended private property sign was posted they pushed the vehicle onto the public road out of my yard to load
answered on Jun 1, 2021
I'm not getting why your vehicle was towed. And from private property. Here's the problem--you can go after the person responsible, but in the meantime your car is sitting racking up storage rates at a lot of dollars per day. I suggest you need to talk to the tow people, be very polite,... View More
I drive a XLS and they put UTS, is that enough to fight the ticket! My vin number and license number are correct?
answered on May 9, 2020
No, not just because the model is wrong. There may be other ways to attack the ticket, but that isn't going to make or break it.
The cops showed up because a buddy who wasn’t there has a crazy girlfriend, and she showed up looking for him and then called the cops and told them a lie about somebody who was really drunk and left the house. Nobody was really drunk but a few people had a couple drinks at my house.

Thank you for reaching out. The citation is a class A Misdemeanor in Arkansas. This is up to one year in the county jail and up to $2500 fine if you plead guilty or are found guilty by a Judge. The charge may stay on your record forever. You can seal this record though. Depending on which court... View More

Maybe, maybe not. There are several issues the attorney would have to evaluate, some may not be apparent until discovery is reviewed. What Arkansas county were you in and what court is listed on the ticket?
I use it so people can't say they didn't see me when they hit my car. I've seen others use similar light too while driving. Why did I get a ticket for Hazzard light use .

It is running all the time becasue you want people to always see it?
If so, it sounds like a violation of 27-36-208(c). You aren't an authorized emergency vehicle, only using it as a turn signal and "just driving" is not an unusual traffic hazard.

They have issued a warrant but I can’t pay the full $910. Will they take payment plans without taking me to jail?

Ticket in Arkansas (I see you are in TN)? It varies from court to court, really. You will have to appear on the warrant, then address the misdemeanor. Depending on the court, an attorney could make a big difference in how all it plays out (maybe get the FTA dropped, negotiate the fine down, etc.).
My car was on the side of the road for a little over a hour

It is unlawful to leave an unattended car on the side of most roads in every state. And--depending upon which road it is, the authorities will be sure to give tickets (and may even impound cars) when in interest of public safety.

I recommend Shane Ethridge in that area.
