however, i am sure your lawyer explained DMV hearing are per se hearings. IF you are .08 or higher then you are per se guilty.
your lawyer has a file with all info and i would ask him/her that question.

i do not think it would be entrapment but certainly there is an argument they did not comply with local rules.........however this would probably not be a defense to the DUI charge..........but more info would be needed.

You should not have a problem traveling abroad and returning to the US since you are a permanent resident and have a DUI conviction.
The DUI part was taken care of and I get my license back by the man part is the civil case that an arbitrator provided by the third-party said that I am at no fault and the case was closed the accident occurred in September 2016
