It depends what happened on your case. If there is any evidence of corruption that led to a jury finding you guilty there is a chance you can file a motion to have it overturned. If you voluntarily pled guilty it would be more difficult for you to now get out of that plea.

Unless you waived all claims against him In your divorce agreement you could sue him for abuse however if you sue him outside of the family court context you would have to allege a viable claim In tort .. and it would have to fall within the Kentucky statute of limitations which would normally run... Right before the background check. You also might want to think about expunging that misdemeanor from your record so this is not an issue in the future.

Q: I was given 10 years in one county 10 years in another county all run concurrent to each other one county give me shock

the other county didnt i never got released and have only 2 years left on this 10 to serve so how can they still make me do 5 years shock and parole

Bc you have to serve out on the 10 years you didn’t get shock probated on.

It depends if they had probable cause. If they had reason to believe you all were engaged in criminal activity well before you got pulled over when you got pulled over then they may have a right to do what they did. Q: Does drug court make it easier for shock probation?

The judge revoked this person’s probation but stated the lawyer can file a motion for shock after 30 days. The judge also sent paper work over for this person to be evaluated for drug court, does that mean the judge is considering shock?

Possibly. If he goes to drug court, he has a chance to stay out of jail.

If you were not charged and not believied to be under the influence and did nothing against the law then you should not have any issues with your bond.

Technically it could be considered criminal trespass in the third degree if there are clear signs that this is private property or that you are in a housing development or section 8. If you were not charged by the police you likely don’t have anything to worry about.

You can contact the police. Assaults between juveniles are still against the law but it will likely be driven by the injury to your child. Was he take him to the doctor? Are there pictures of injuries?
