Q: I’ve been trying to find out what is the law for can your spouse take Community property before you divorce?

If you were given exclusive use of the house or a protective order, yes he can be granted access with a deputy to remove his personal effects, clothes, separate property or items needed for work, pending divorce and partition.

Yes it's legal. So it's $500 for a purebred or $800 for a pedigreed dog.

Q: hub and I split separation he now threaten to take the oldest dog away by reg her under ESA can he do that to me ?

We was married 11 years living apart 9 months he told yesterday I have a rude awakening because he filed for our oldest dog ESA bc he thought I would hold her against which haven’t and do plan on can he does this to me ??

Dogs are property, just like any other property. If the dog was acquired during your marriage, it's considered community property, and you both have equal rights to the dog.

Q: An officer showed up at my friends house 3 weeks AFTER her dog got loose and gave her a ticket for it. Is this legal?

He is a big dog and broke his collar. So he got off his leash, well 3 weeks after this happened an officer showed up and said the town was taking possession of her dog and was giving her a ticket. Is it legal to wait 3 weeks after the incident?

Boyfriend and girlfriend are breaking up

The girlfriend always has taken care of the dog and takes it to the vet and pays for all the vet bills and medicine.

To the person the dog was adopted, at the Humane Society. If both people adopted the dog at the Humane Society, then to the person of the person who licensed the dog. If the dog is not licensed, then to whoever gets the license first.

If it was just for grooming:

1) send a text message,

2) leave a voice mail,

3) if you have an address, deliver the dog,

4) if you don't have an address, take the dog to the pound after 23 hours.

I strongly recommend you go to your Justice of the Peace and file a claim for "Conversion" against both husband and wife. The Justice of the Peace will have forms for you. In your claim, assert what the price for that kind of purebred dog is and ask for "Specific Performance" by return of the dog.
