If you are under 21, i highly doubt you could be your brother's guardian. I suggest you consult with an immigration attorney regarding this matter. Many immigration attorneys including me offer free consultations, make use of the consultations. All the best.

We are trying to plan everything early. Is this even a possible plan for us to get married/honeymoon there, then bring her back to USA as wife with me? I know I will need a tourist visa to visit for the wedding, but what will be all required to get her back here and have permanent residence?
answered on Feb 3, 2016
You can not just bring her back here after you get married. Assuming you are a US citizen she will have to wait at least 6 months before she can come to the US. I suggest talking to an immigration attorney in private to figure out what is best option for you in this situation. Many immigration... View More

You should contact an immigration attorney based in Canada. It is another country. Their rules are different than ours. As far as I know, this website includes only attorneys from the US.

A change of status means you are changing from one status to another but in this situation after december you will be having no status to change from. You have waited too far to submit... View More

You may want to apply for asylum here in the US or in Europe. If you cannot afford an attorney, contact your local Legal Aid Society for help. You should be able to find them on Google.
