Q: a Muslim US citizen married two wives; one is a citizen. Can the second wife, get a citizenship from her husband

For the children of the second wife, who is not a citizen, can they get a citizenship from their father

This is not a good situation. It is illegal to be married to two people at the same time. The children may be able to get immigration status through their father, but the second wife is in a really tough spot. Any interaction with the authorities carries some risk of the father and second wife... View More

Yes, you can start the process for your son, but if he has been in the USA for more than 6 months illegally, he will need to file a waiver after the I-130 is approved and after a visa is available (which could take several years). DId you already file the I-130? If you haven't, you should... View More

What exactly do you mean when you say you were discharged from the program? Were you then sentenced? And, if so, did you serve your sentence? If there is a warrant for you, it will be a problem when you try to get a new visa. If you were simply sentenced to a fine or probation and completed that,... View More
