I have been unable to find legal representation. The police dept will not file a report unless I have verified my dog’s identity in person. I have 10 years of vet records. Please help.

You may be able to file a "replevin" action in small claims. This demands return of a thing or animal.
You should be able to handle yourself without an attorney. The trick is to name the legal name of the entity and show up with records and witnesses at the hearing.

That could be cruelty to animals. On the flip side you may be disturbing the peace. Find a way to quiet the dogs and avoid conflicts.
A family member of mine's service in training dog was abused in choke position while the 1 year old puppy was screaming and crying while customers were staring at the vet dr at local petco. Plus the female doctor was also hitting him on the head and nose because of improper medical training... View More

The answer to your question depends on the definition of "animal cruelty" under Oklahoma statutory law. If you are still interested in learning whether the vet's treatment is covered, hire a lawyer who specializes in animal law in Oklahoma.

If the dog caused any damage, I think both the owner, and the door answerer, can be held responsible.

Were you ever married to the ex?
If you were married to the ex, then it depends on whether the dog was separate property or marital property. If the dog was separate property, then, the ex may keep the dog. If the dog was marital property, then you have a claim to the dog.

He gave me money to adopt the dog my ID is on file for the dog, i just want to be able to share custody.
answered on Dec 30, 2018
There are no custody rights to dogs. Either you own the dog or your ex boyfriend does. You state he gave you the money to adopt the dog. Was the money a gift? If so and the paperwork as you claim has your name on it, the dog is yours and you can get it back through a small claims action. If he... View More
I've asked him multiple times to move them and he won't. Agreed on a date and that day came and went. Now since it's winter I have to feed them and I just want them gone. Don't know what's the right thing to do to get this process done.

He apparently is a neighbors dog, some man came and asked for him back the first time he was at our house and I suggested a vet appointment and a good bath...a week later (today) the dog is back and in same condition ..can I keep him?

An animal is considered property of it's owner. Therefore, unfortunately, it cannot choose it's owner. Sadly the answer is no unless the dog is given to you by the owner.
We’re in Oklahoma the accident happened in Minco, OK to be specific. The livestock was in the middle of my lane I did everything I could to prevent hitting it but it happened anyway. You are likely the victim of a scam. There is probably no dog, just cute pictures.
The dogs were sent with a friend who lives in south Texas for temporary housing while the owner was going through a dog barking citation case in Oklahoma City, when that concluded the woman in Texas refused to return these valuable dogs. What should she do?
answered on Mar 6, 2018
She could sue for conversion to recover the dogs. This would be expensive. She may also be able to file a police report but would likely be told this is a "civil" matter.

What it my right what if they call the police and lied about that

Just tell the police it's not true. They can't arrest you without a warrant, and no prosecutor is likely to file this. So, don't worry.

We live out in the country in Oklahoma. Our neighbour is trying to sue ONLY because our dog sometimes chases her kids when they walk home from school. The dog hasnt bit her or anything. Can she sue for this?
answered on Nov 13, 2017
Anybody can sue anybody else. The question is would your neighbor have a cause of action that wouldn't be tossed out of Court for failing to state a cause of action. Your neighbor could sue but would lose under your set of facts set out herein.
She is 19 and received virtually no training on how to handle situations like that other than to squirt them with a water bottle. There were 3 employees watching 70 dogs. She may be entitled to Workers Compensation and/or claims against the dogs' owners. She should seek out an attorney who handles comp & personal injury claims.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier. If you live outside the city limits, no tickets unless your dogs cause harm. If you're inside a city limits, it depends on what the city ordinances provide for.
