Any lawyer licensed to practice in the State in which you reside or the State in which your disability attorney resides. You can also hire an attorney outside of both States, if a local attorney will sponsor the outside attorney.

Q: I have a GPS monitor on. It has caused permanent damage to my ankle. Can I sue for damages?

I'm not hearing you had medical treatement. Until you get it there is no record showing you have anything caused by the monitor. Once you have that you can ask to have it switched to the other ankle or made so that you can work a sock in between the brace and your ankle.

Q: What are the specific elements that must be proven? Can the principal be convicted by aiding and abetting?

Defendant was arrested as the principal, (the one who assaulted the victim with the weapon:shod foot). No conspiracy charge or codefendants. Can the judge issue an aiding and abetting jury instruction at trial?

Depends on the facts. In some circumstances, am aiding and abetting charge would be appropriate. You need to consult with an experienced criminal lawyer.

Q: How can I appeal the judge's decision before the next hearing? and what would he have to do to sue the social worker?

They claim that I was negligent because according to them or the call they received, I violated a restraining order allowing the girls dad to come to the house, even giving them evidence that the judge had already removed it.
