A Tennessee attorney should advise, but your question remains open for four weeks. But as a general matter, most places impose a requirement of registration and insurance to leave the lot - it might be temporary, but it's a registration nonetheless. Good luck

Call the Court Clerk for pay instructions. But that is a guilty plea and will add points to your DL. You could hire a TN attorney to try to get it diverted and dismissed or no points, requiring your appearance in Court.

Q: I was pulled over in TN for speeding. The cop let me off with a warning. Now I’m getting a ticket in the mail for $250.

The letter says if I don’t pay that they could suspend my license.

Are they allowed to do that and are they allowed to send me a ticket in the mail if I never received one at the scene?
