You may however have a valid claim against the sellers and manufacturers of the Thc-o products you used.

Just as with tobacco using plaintiffs, you will face comparative / proportional...

Q: 2014 Dodge Dart was in a collision in Feb 2017. Car is still at the body shop (May) waiting for an Upper Core Support

Dodge has no ETA on when the part will be delivered. Isn't there some kind of law requiring a newer car to have parts available? Is Dodge at fault for not providing the parts I need to get my car repaired?

Q: How can i sue a company in a small claims court if that company's headquarters is located out of state?

They have to do business in the state. You may also sue the dealer if it's a product problem. Most states provide for service on an out of state defender in small claims cases by registered mail. Check with the small claims court.

Check your local rules regarding what types of claims may be brought and what types of damages may be awarded in your small claims courts. You may want to consult with a consumer protection lawyer in your area.
