Wal-Mart has a duty to provide a reasonable and safe environment for visitors. While Wal-Mart is not liable every time that an injury takes place, it could be held liable when it knew or should have known about a danger and failed to post a warning sign and / or clean it up in a timely manner.... This depends upon several factors, not the least of which is the event that caused your daughter's head to come into contact with the mailbox.

My mom died when I was five and I've got money ever since. I got money out before but I my dad had to go through the court to get it approved. I'm just wondering when I'm able to touch it fully.

Depends on the terms of the court order setting up the account. Some pay it out when the person is 21 or 25 or 30 so they won't blow the money on a car or other things.
My daughter was in the hospital for 2 days and almost died. Every lawyer contacted so far will not take the case. Could you please steer me in a good direction. I am close to Memphis Tennessee if there is any lawyers you know that would take the case.

Unfortunately bringing the case is way more expensive than what you'd be likely to get. If every lawyer contacted --sounds like several--says no, then it's no. You can try to take whoever is responsible to small claims but they would need a letter saying it was the mold and nothing else.... View More

Typically, the lawsuit must be brought in the State where the crash took place. You may be best served by having one attorney local and another attorney in the State where the crash took place to work together and coordinate efforts.

It is difficult to know if the injury portion fell below the standard of care. Given you were in the bathroom, most people want privacy, so it might have been OK to leave you there. The other issue is damages, and all you suffered was a concussion, to which you may not have any permanent damages to... View More
