Q: definition of arson? and is burning a broken bench at a house we rented considered arson, enough to be convicted or no?

You should hire a lawyer. If you do nothing, you will eventually be arrested on the outstanding warrant.

I assume you mean that the will grants the executor the power to sell property without court approval, or incorporates the statutory powers. You'd have a good chance of being sued, especially it it turned out the guy was unarmed, like the trick or treater someone shot. Whether they would win is a bit different but I'd plan on keeping my homeonwers, maybe up the protection.

Best bet is to call the Ga. Civil Liberties Union and ask for the names of some of their "cooperating attorneys" for police misconduct. Understand not having your medication is not considered brutality.
