Q: I have been divorced for about 6 years now. Me and my wife got a lawyer and had an agreement wrote up wher I would buy

What ever our daughter needed. We booth agreed no child support. Yet I wAs ordered to pay and have been paying every month. I missed a few . But pay an extra 10$ each month until I get caught up .theay still heald 500$ of my stimulus payment my question is why

The CARES Act provides that if you have an arrearage, that money will be withheld from the stimulus money.

Unless you are legally separated or divorced, she has 1/2 undivided interest in all your personal property same as you have in her property.

You can file in Kentucky. File your agreement. If everything is agreed upon, you don’t have to go to mediation. The judge will enter a decree as soon as everything is in order.

You should consult with your own attorney. Generally in Kentucky divorce agreements are effective as contracts on the day signed. Q: Me and my spouse has been separated since November 2019 but he is now refusing to let me have contact with my kids or

Probably not on the personal property but maybe on the children. You definitely need to hire a divorce attorney to help you navigate attempting to relitigate these issues.

Legally, he cannot do anything. He can be prosecuted if he damages any of your property.

Must have valid grounds for setting aside a divorce. To set aside you must attack the validity of the judgement. Not enough detail provided here to answer your question. Consult with a lawyer for additional options. For example in KY you can have a divorce annulled.

You can ask the court to set aside the decree bc you never received notice, but proceed carefully.
