and form I-765, what is my category at the form I-765 at question number 16 at form I-765?

Note: i am applying for both forms together so do i pay fees for both or only for I-485?

Q: My i-20 has been terminated due to failure of not enrolling for classes the fall 2015. what do i do next ?

My servis was terminated doe to failure to enroll for classes this fall 2015. This was as a result of a major financial set back my parents had back home ?

I am currently looking to transferring to a community college that can give me admission on the premise of reinstatement.

You have not completed your question. If you are an american citizen and if you want to marry someone you can sponsor them for a green card. After 4 years and 9 months they will be able to apply for citizenship. All the best.

Q: Hi, I am on H1 Visa and working in here. My husband is on H4 visa and we have applied for his H1 this year.

His H1 is selected and approved As I am not doing well, I need to leave my job now. Can I do that and will that impact my husbands H1 Visa status.

Q: I sponsor a 17 year old orphan girl in africa. is there anyway for me to get her over here to stay permanently?

I would be paying for everything...and would sponsor her visa. I just want it to be permanent. She has nevet had a mom, im the closest to it.
