If there are no witnesses to the accident, plead not guilty and the judge should find you not guilty. Even if the police officer appears, that is not enough if the officer did not see the accident and there is no other evidence.

It means that any citation issue against you that called for a jail sentence was dismissed by the state and all remaining tickets can either be paid/satisfied before going to court or appearing before a judge and seeking a more favorable outcome.

These things are unlikely to result in a dismissal of the tickets unless you are claiming that it was not you. You should still request a trial within 30 days of the offense and go to court.

The Maryland Uniform Citation form has an inset box on the lower right portion of the ticket that contains instructions on how to pay, plead to the ticket, and how to request a tial date, and it states the timeframe (30 days) you have to do it in.
