Is it illegal to record video in the Department of Motor Vehicles without permission?

Is it also illegal to publically post said video (if taken without permission) and make available on social media (facebook, youtube) without permission?

I don't believe they have a large lump sum of money but can I get monthly payments from them over a period of time?

You need to contact a member of the Michigan Assn for Justice who handles workers compensation claims--most states have a state fund to cover situations like yours.Short answer is if there is no comp you may sue them for the injury.

Q: My little dog sneaks out the front door while I'm walking inside, and runs after a kid, am I liable if nothing happens

My dog just likes to run after the kid, but does nothing to hurt him, or even comes close to him. But the kid gets scared and runs... So is that breaking any laws?

Dog cant sneak out if he's on the leash.If the kid isn't on your property you are asking for trouble.Technically, depending on the law in your township, you may be violating leash laws.

I don't see it.If they both had access to the email and he never changed his password, it's not the US mail she interfered with.

The document itself is an electronic copy so it's not as if she destroyed something irreplacable.

Q: My son got hurt at a neighbors house, can I sue?

My 8 year old son was invited to the neighbors house to play. He had fell out their tree. He sustained several fractures, fracture of Mastoid Bone; Fracture of Temporal Bone; Concussion; Hearing loss. Stayed in the hospital for two days.
