If your child's father is not in agreement, he may petition the family court. Meet with a family court attorney to establish court orders regarding parenting time, custody, and support.

Talk to your lawyer if you are unable to find relevant documents in your prior court orders. If there was a protective order issued by the court to impound your address, for example, through a restraining order, you may have the answer you seek.

Talk to your favorite family law attorney and review the visitation parenting time orders of the court, the present circumstances, and your desire to create an arrangement that is in the best interest of our children.

If you agree, the court may approve of your arrangements. If you do not agree, you will have to show that this arrangement is not suitable, nor in the best interest of your child.
