Q: Personal care worker stole my dad's bank info and opened a Paypal acct in her name. Is this identity theft?

PayPal verified my dad's acct by debiting .25 and then crediting the acct with .20 and then .05. Assuming that this occurred in South Carolina i would recommend that you reach out to your local law enforcement agency and file a report. Q: My 77 y/o neighbor I believe is being scammed. Involving WalMart cards and money gram. Who can help her? 29582

She received "postal money orders for 3k, she was to cash and send $300.00 keep the balance. She recently sent $200.00 towards $2500.00 needed to release funds of 80k held in ApexCreditUnion.US. I'd like to find someone to help her.

Q: Hello my name is Taranika Can i sue the court for gross negligence. Because the judge never submitted a form four.

The judge order the defendant. To move me the defendant never moved me but they issued a rule to vacate but the judge nervous issued a form four but later Dismissed the case with prejudice after he granted negligence in court.

Q: Someone used my idenity to get credit cards and cell phones I already inform the cops but theres no action...

They cops know the person very well with doing this, they know that the person have a problem and did mupitle people the same way, to me it seems they don't care.. I made a report and all. What to do?
