The deed and mortgage are in my aunt and her husband's name. They want to add me to the deed. Do I need a quitclaim deed or some other document to do this? I keep finding 'free' quitclaim deeds online but at the end they ask you to pay. I don't mind paying but I need to know if... View More

If you had nothing to do with the business or the coins, tell him that, by submitting to a deposition if necessary. It appears that the lawyer simply wants to find out what happened.
I'm going to open in Florida LLC. I will own 51% through another Florida LLC that I own, and my partner will own 49% through a Florida LLC that he owns. My question is, will our personal names be made public even though we own our shares through other LLC's?

Have you asked your former attorney how to collect the judgment? Perhaps the attorney figures the former landlord is judgment proof.

No will, no probate filed. I was the deceased domestic partner. Two heirs apparent who signed affidavits that they don't want the property
No appraisal since 8 years ago.
I have been caretaking the property for the last 3 years.

Do you have a question? Assuming the "gift letter" doesn't qualify as a will, you would have no legal interest in the property. You might want to ask the heirs if they would be willing to assign their interests to you. Or you could bid at the foreclosure sale.
It.
Was a subpoena for the case against my brother

Apparently, it is a criminal case against your brother. You can, of course, refuse to answer any questions the answers to which might tend to incriminate you. Otherwise, you have to testify.

In theory, you could draft and submit such a motion. It would be signed by you and your attorney. But the attorney knows how to submit such motion a lot better than you do.

If you "got word from his wife on Friday that he ... moved all of his stuff out and into a [friend's] house", isn't it clear to you that he now lives in the friend's house? If you are in doubt, ask his wife for clarification.

Are you suggesting that your wife installed the cameras without your permission? If she was also an occupant of your home, she probably didn't need your permission.
