Maybe, if there is enough evidence to convict. The state is the victim, the woman doesn't need to "press charges."

That depends on a host of issues, but chances are good that they will have a valid reason for searching there. Especially if the suspect was found in or near it.

No, that is not proper. Send a certified letter describing your concerns and requesting a call, if that doesn't get his attention call the Florda Bar's Attorney Consumer Assistance Program (ACAP). They can be reached at 1-866-352-0707, I assure you they will get his full attention.

Looks like you're on the line if they want to stay. That is, unless they violate some other term of their lease agreement.

...why would you use such a horrible contract? Please have an attorney draft you a new lease agreement so you don't run into this situation again.
