You can get an attorney to bring a case against them or just to contact them on your behalf. You can file your own claim as well in small claims court or in a wage theft commission.

Q: I was placed on Doctor prescribed FMLA. On the date of my return, my employment was terminated. Do I have a case?

I was terminated on the basis of:

I deleted e-mails (which I did not)

Errors found in my work.

Before my FMLA, I was continually praised for the work I was doing and completing.

Seems like you do have a case, your employer cannot retaliate or interfere with your request for time off of work due under the FMLA.
