You would have to get a whole new stalking no-contact order. IF you do not want to do it yourself, then contact me and I can give you a referral to a Rockford attorney.
You could also contact the local sheriff's office and have them serve her with a trespass/no-contact letter BUT that... View More
So we are trying to get her back from dcfs, her mother lost custody of her while he was in prison. I have a child and have never been involved with dcfs before until now with getting her back I passed everything and needed no extra counseling or anything else. We are doing what we need to in order... View More

Unless the DCFS worker believes the unborn child is at risk (doing drugs, history of violenc etc.) she shouldn't be making a hotline call. The only concern would be living conditions--if there is enough space in the household for an extra child.
I have texts from him threatening myself and my parents house. He is also court ordered to stay out of liquor stores and is in them almost daily and drinking even though he is ordered to be in aa and not drink or be on the premises of places selling primarily liquor. call the police and contact his probation officer to make a report. I would also file an order of protection against him as well.

You cannot get it expunged by the regular procedure. You would have to petition for clemency to the governor and ask for a pardon and permission to expunge. You can hire a local attorney to help you out with this
I have gotten one ticket for failure to yield on a left hand turn a while ago but I got court supervision and it didn't go on my record. What should I ask for or do on this speeding ticket? It is my first speeding ticket.

You are probably supervising eligible and can request to speak to the prosecutor to work out a supervision offer
My oldest is going to be 13 in Jan. we all want to move to Az and his father has been threatening him and I that we can't move. We were never married, but my son has always lived with me. If there isn't a court order in place then you can move. If there is a court order then you should see an attorney about getting the visitation order modified to take into account the relocation. If you know you are going to move then I wouldn't hesitate going to court asap

If you didn't get any tickets for open container of alcohol then likely nothing will happen. The State's Attorney's office may call you as a witness if they need you to testify though.

You need to report this to the police ASAP. Dessimating photos like this without consent is a crime.

If you don't appear in court, then they can file a contempt petition against you or get a warrant out for your arrest. As a victim, you can hire your own attorney if you'd like and see if they can speak to the assistant state's attorney on your behalf.

You'd have to ask DOC about any restrictions on visitations. I don't know why you'd want to visit him though if he had battered you in the past.
My boyfriends grandma lied to the police and said that he punch her in the back of the head except that is a lie. He did not. She is an alcoholic who didn't want him in the house so she called the police and said he hit her in the back of the head. She did not go to the hospital and there... View More

Unless you are a witness yourself, there isn't much you can do. You should really talk to your boyfriend's attorney on how to proceed. Have charges been filed yet? If not, the assigned prosecutor may be willing to hear you out.
You also cannot "make" anyone confess.... View More

if you kick him out of your house, then DCFS will be called. If you can agree on having him live with a relative or a family friend, that would be the best situation. Once he turns 18, you can't just automatically kick him out. You would have to go through an eviction process and a lawyer... View More

I would be more concerned about the possibility of jail time. That type of speeding is a Class B misdemeanor. You should really hire a lawyer. I don't believe supervision is possible for this type of offense. I don't know about losing your license for this off of the top of my head but... View More

She doesn't allow me to see him unless it's up to her no court or visitations set.

You need to get a visitation order/parenting plan in place. I am assuming the ex is the mother? She is presumed the custodian unless there is a court order in place.
How can he get an order of visitation

You need to file a petition and go to court. I would suggest finding a good family lawyer to do this.
