This will most likely be a challenging thing to correct. Your best bet is to contact your country's consulate and have them assist you in correcting this, because you will need some official documentation to prove the facts of your case.

DHS reporting is confidential and anonymous. Therefore any blatantly false allegations can only be prosecuted by DHS.

In Oklahoma, the child must be a resident within the state for 6 months. Once that is established, it remains that state until another state's residency jurisdiction takes over.

Once the parental rights are terminated and the original adoption is approved you would have to file for adoption of the child(ren) and prove that it is in the best interest of the child(ren)

As my colleague mentioned. The Bio- fathers rights, privileges, and responsibilities will be terminated upon a finalization of adoption. Support will have to be paid until the day it is finalized.

The technical answer is if it is In a place of business or intended to be for profit (even if it is not profitable) then yes a decal is required from the tax commission.
