Actually had EXACTLY that experience with a collie puppy about 10 years ago. I made a complaint to AKC, the Vet she used for vaccinations, Louisiana Dept of Ag and a civil suit with the Justice of the Peace in the breeders parish.
I am the true owner, I am registered in his AKC registration, all vet bills, payments, etc. He means the world to me.

Child support has all of the father’s information except for an address.. it is hard to find him because he travels for work & also lives with a friend. If they can not locate him to serve him the papers, will they hold his tax return or just close the case?
