Send her a letter by certified mail if you oppose it and call a lawyer. She is trying to terminate your parental rights.

I'm assuming you mean a protective order. Go to the Clerk's Office. They should be able to provide you with the appropriate form.

Q: Would the parents receive any type of paperwork or documentation stating that they have a lost custody of their child

After dcfs has removed the child with a courtdate? We have went to court and they said they were removing my son from my custody that he would go to my family's custody.but I never once received any paperwork neither did my family.

It wasn't on your property and it wasn't your dog. If yiur neighbor does sue you, your homeowners insurance will provide a defense.

I was found in contempt of court and given 5days suspended time. For filing my taxes and claiming my daughter. If I do not amend and do the 5 days jail time, Will I still have to amend or face any other charges?

There is no time limit on when your spouse can file to partition the community property. You need a lawyer.

Q: I was in an accident, and the citation has lots of incorrect information. For example my birthday is off by 20 years.

My age is written incorrectly, I do not believe the statute number does not exist, and I also believe the officer was supposed to write down the vin number to my vehicle. There was also another section that was not filled out.
