Q: If you drive a car because someone is too drunk to drive and the police stop you. Is everything in the car yours.

The police stopped my son and the car was the passengers car. The guy in the back set they let go but they found a pill and lean in the car which belonged to the passengers uncle. A gun was found and the police put the drugs and drink charges on the driver

If Judgment says you get to claim them, then you get to claim them. If she hires a lawyer to fe for the dependency exemption, then your lawyer can file for a reduction.

Q: what is meant by first offense?

Q: If a man has 2 other cs cases(1 louisiana and 1 Texas) and owns a business will tht lower a new babies CSammt

My babys father says i won't receive much because of his current 2 cases and the fact he doesnt have income. He only owns his own company. Says she would receieve very little because it mostly goes to the other 2 cases.

Child support goes to the first case. Then that case reduces the income on which child support for the second case is based. Then the first two cases reduces the income on which child support for the third case is based.

Q: I need to revoke power of attorney but don’t remember the date it was initiated how can I remove it without the date

It’s in Alexandria Louisiana and the person who it was given to will not tell me the date and are miss using the powers acting on my behalf I have the paperwork to file but I do not have the original date of the initiation can I proceed without it even if it ask for the initial date on the form ?

File a Revocation with the Clerk of Court and request service on the person to whom you gave the power of attorney.

It is allowed, unless you hire a lawyer to do something about it, like file an Exception to Jurisdiction.
