Q: My daughters father is unknown and she has no father listed on her birth certificate. Can she be adopted by my partner?

My daughters father is unknown and not listed on her birth certificate. My friend who we thought was her father isn’t, he wants to adopt her. Can he do that with my consent alone or do we need to do something else?

He can adopt if he is married to you or file paternity if he is the boo Dad. You are going to need a family law attorney.

Q: I, the mother , filed for child support for my daughter. Dad has a child that is 4 yrs from previous relationship

Then my daughter which is 1 yrs old & another new born from new relationship. He isn’t on child support for his other kids but mine. Will the amount be split because of other kids ? Court date isn’t until next month

Support for subsequent children does not lower it for the earlier born children.

A private investigator's..report of adultery may result in alimony if wife 's income is low.

Cop cheating with another cop will not result in termination...but if done during work hours, might.

If it was heard by a hearing officer then you have a deadline to file an objection to be heard by a judge. If it was heard by a judge, then yiu have a deadline to file an appeal. Hire a lawyer quickly.

No, it will not stand up. You can have a Post-Nuptial Agreement if you are still married or a Partition Consent Judgment if your divorce is final.

Criminal law: A crime to knowingly transmit AIDS

Civil law: Liable for knowingly transmitting SDT. Have to prove prior diagnosis, no other source of transmission, and damages.

No expungement available for violent crime. But you can hire a criminal lawyer to file for a pardon.

Q: Moving from LA to FL and sent the certified mail copy of the notice of relocation.

After the 30 days are up, if the non-custodial parent does not respond in a legal manner, what needs to be done after, with current custody in place? Does another certified letter go out? If so, what does it contain; 'you didn't respond so we are moving and will see you when we see you?" HELP?

You need to hire a lawyer and file for relocation or you may lose your kids.
