I should ask how old is your son, assuming he is over 21 years old

there are 2 counts they can file, VC 23152A and VC 23152B

Q: I was in auto accident ( not at fault) in 2015 totalled my truck and they paid it off but they never paid my medical bi.

Q: My girlfriend got rear ended by a driver couple days ago. She contracted AAA which is the at fault driver's insurance.

It is 10 years, so if you get a DUI today it goes back 10 years.

When you got your DUI before it went back 7 years from the date of your past DUI.

The law is current from when you get your new DUI not when you had received your DUI in the past

Q: is there a deadline for the DA to press charges? Will i be notified if case thrown out?

I filed a DV report 3 months ago. No arrests were made. I was told the DA would be in contact with me within a week, never received a call. I called the day after I filed the report to reword my statement that I’mI did not want to testify or move forward with the case.
