Yes. If he was injured on the job he is entitled to workers compensation. If he is no longer employed at that job he is generally entitled to unemployment insurance benefits.

How was the web content copyrighted? If it belongs to the nonprofit, then it is theirs. I suggest that in order to avoid any problems in the future you just hand it over to the director.
Social Security exception does exist that allows her to receive 50% of spouse's retirement "if stopped working prior to 2004" as is the case here. Does retirement disability due to work related injury count as "stopped working" which would qualify her for spouse 50% benefit?

Approved for SSD and SSI, received SSD backpay and part of SSI, single mom seriously in debt and cant wait any longer for the funds. SS gives conflicting answers constantly. Can you drop SSI and what are the repurcussions of only having SSD? SSI is only adding $22 a month. Really overwhelmed.

Ive been told I need to file for food stamps and disability but have not been to any doctor for about 2 years . My back surgery was in texas and my nerve damage to arm was while I was still working. On my income I buy all my moms special foods and other needs and very limited income

If I am separated from my spouse but we live at the same address as roommates without sharing income (we both receive SSD), can I qualify for QMB or SLMB medicaid in Florida? We do not share food, I do not cook for him, he pays the rent and I pay the utilities.
