You should hire a lawyer for him and all that evidence should be suppressed. He is not to be questioned without a parent or attorney present with him.

Q: Can they arrest me on my court date for my charges w/o letting my witnesses speak at all? & do all trials have juries?

I served 2 weeks in jail on the day of my arrest for assault. My trial is coming up, will they just tell me how long im going to jail, or do I get to have my witnesses speak against my prosecutor to try and prove self defense? In ky

You can call any and as many witnesses as you like. The jury has to find you guilty first. If they believe your witnesses and your theory of self defense, you could be found not guilty.

You should file a motion to limit or suspend his visitation and let the court rule. You cannot unilaterally withhold parenting time but if you submit your proof to the Court, then you will be covered.

No. Your presence can interfere with the attorney client privilege and may be used against him by calling you as a witness. For the rest of the world your answer is yes, but not with an attorney. If you don’t trust the lawyer you hired, hire another one you do trust.

If the jury believes the self defense claim, they are instructed to find the defendant not guilty.

Q: Ok I am a victim of domestic violence. My husband filed a false epo along with another woman. the sheriff who served it

Knows it's not true and this is not my husband first time. He's done this before to other women. And I am currently pregnant with our child. So what is the chance of getting the epo on me overturned to a dvo on him.

None unless you take your own epo against him. The court cannot convert his epo against You to a dvo against him.

You cannot leave without his consent. Report his behavior to CPS and let them handle it. They are your way out.
