Q: I'm currently on H4 visa & will be visiting my home country for 3 months. Can i file for H4 EAD during this time span?

When, I 'm leaving USA; I will be on H4 visa and while I'm returning if, my H4 EAD is approved. I would be entering with H4 EAD visa status. Will it create any problem while entering USA?. What if my H4 EAD is not approved or if it is in-process status.

Q: I have a client who lives in New York, but his wife lives in Guatemala. but his wife lives in Guatemala.

He would like to serve divorce papers upon his wife. I am unsure as to what Guatemala's service of process is since Guatemala is not apart of the Hauge Convention. Would you be able to please explain to me how a New York Plaintiff can serve New York Divorce papers to someone Guatemala?
