Q: Can HUD evict for late payment of rent if rental agreement says there's a grace period and anytime after ... a fee?

In oklahoma the rental is monthly but they gave me a 14 day notice to vacate

If they’re still married, it doesn’t matter if they’re living apart. Typically, if a person dies without a will, the wife will receive everything unless there are children. This is yet another reason that everyone needs a will.

Q: If you reside in the zipcode of a city in Oklahoma, and not in the city proper, do you get a vote in city elections?

There is a Mayoral election upcoming and there is a lack of clarity on who is allowed to vote in it.

Check your city's municipal code. Your city's municipal code will tell who can vote in city elections, and who can't.
